Michael trat im Oktober 2013 als CEO und Präsident Nanosonics bei. Von Juli 2012 bis Oktober 2013 war er als nicht-geschäftsführender Vorstandsvorsitzender tätig. Michael bringt mehr als 26 Jahre internationale kommerzielle Erfahrung auf dem Gesundheitsmarkt mit, dabei hatte er lokale, regionale und globale Positionen in der Medizinprodukte- und Pharmaindustrie inne. Bevor er zu Nanosonics kam, war er Senior-Vice-President für Globales Marketing beim großen Medizinproduktunternehmen Cochlear Ltd, eine Position, die er für mehr als 10 Jahre hielt.

Rod joined Nanosonics in April 2019. He is a seasoned international executive with over 25 years of experience, having held critical roles in companies such as Cochlear and GM Holden. During his 13-year tenure at Cochlear, Rod held roles such as Global Head of Manufacturing and Chair of the Operational Excellence Strategy Group. At GM Holden, Rod held senior management roles across operations and global customer liaison. Rod is member of the NSW Innovation and Productivity Council, Fellow of the Higher Education Academy UK and award-winning academic with continuing Adjunct Faculty appointments for over 15 years with Macquarie Business School (formerly MGSM), AGSM@UNSW and The University of Sydney Business School.

Matt joined Nanosonics in August 2017. He was appointed to the Executive Team in October 2021, and as Company Secretary in May 2023. Matt is responsible for all legal and corporate governance matters across the Nanosonics Group. Matt is also the executive sponsor for Sustainability activities. Prior to joining Nanosonics, Matt held a variety of senior legal roles in Australia and abroad with a focus on technology and healthcare. Immediately prior to joining Nanosonics, Matt served as General Counsel for an international software business based in London. Matt is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and the Governance Institute of Australia.

Jodi Sampson joined Nanosonics in April 2020 as the first Chief People & Culture Officer. In this role, she is responsible for developing and leading people strategies to support the transformation and growth of the business. Jodi has extensive executive experience in both ASX listed and global companies across a diverse range of industries. She has successfully developed people programs that strengthen leadership capability, improve employee engagement, and promote a diverse and inclusive culture. Before joining Nanosonics, Jodi held significant leadership roles, including Human Resources Director at Samsung and Head of Human Resources, APAC at Orange Business Services. In these roles, she was responsible for leading international human resources functions and building a culturally diverse global team.

Matthew joined Nanosonics in April 2022. He has over 20 years of experience in strategic marketing and product management in medical device, high technology and consulting fields across the full product development cycle. Prior to Nanosonics, Matthew held a range of strategic executive roles including Global Director of Portfolio Strategy & Planning at Cochlear, R&D management at ResMed and Founder-CEO of an enterprise SaaS software startup.

Sunny joined Nanosonics as CIO in November 2022. He has more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology in diverse sectors such as medical device, telco and insurance, with a specific focus on Digital Transformation and Data Engineering platforms. Prior to Nanosonics, Sunny held senior management roles with Resmed, including Head of Finance Systems and Senior Director of Product Innovation.

Jason joined Nanosonics as CFO effective October 2023. Jason has more than 25 years of international experience across healthcare, construction, and financial services industries. Before joining Nanosonics he held senior finance roles with General Electric (GE) for 15 years, notably CFO for GE Healthcare Australia & New Zealand. More recently, he held several CFO roles with the Hilti group for over 6 years in Dubai and Singapore. Jason is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and attained executive education in Strategic Financial Analysis from Harvard Business School, USA.

Jon joined Nanosonics in 2012 leading the Clinical Affairs function. He has held various roles through his tenure at Nanosonics and joined the Executive Team as Chief Medical Affairs and Scientific Officer in March 2024. Jon is responsible for medical strategy, including clinical research, healthcare professional engagement, scientific communications, medical education and life sciences R&D. Prior to joining Nanosonics, Jon worked as a consultant to early-stage life sciences companies and has worked within the medical research space for over 15 years. He has served as a committee member on various standards development committees and has authored numerous scientific publications and regularly presents at international conferences.

Ken Shaw is the President of the Americas at Nanosonics Ltd., a role he has held since 2017. He leads operations across the Americas, driving the adoption of innovative infection prevention solutions like the trophon® technology for ultrasound probes. Before Nanosonics, Ken was the President of U.S. & LATAM at Amoena and held executive positions at Essity, Medicom Inc, Energizer, and Pfizer. He has a BS in Finance and an healthcare industry veteran of 25+ years.

Ronan trat im September 2019 Nanosonics bei und ist verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Expansion von Nanosonics in Europa und Mittlerem Osten. Er verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der Infektionsprävention durch Bekleidung verschiedenster Funktionen in Vertriebsleitung, Management und Geschäftsentwicklung bei Advanced Sterilization Products sowie Wassenburg Medical, einem Weltmarktführer in der Aufbereitung von Endoskopen. Zuletzt war Ronan Vize-Präsident für den globalen Vertrieb und Vorstandsmitglied bei Wassenburg Medical, wo er auch als Geschäftsführer für Irland und Direktor der Geschäftsentwicklung EMEA tätig war.

Katsumi trat im April 2016 Nanosonics als kommissarischer Länderverantwortlicher für Japan bei; während dieser Phase spielte er eine wesentliche Rolle in der Etablierung und Wachstumssteigerung des japanischen Geschäfts. Nanosonics Japan K.K. wurde im Januar 2019 gegründet und im September 2019 wurde Katsumi zum Präsidenten von Nanosonics Japan K.K ernannt. Katsumi hat über 25 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Führung von Unternehmen und Investitionen zwischen Australien und Japan im biowissenschaftlichen Sektor. Er war Vorstandsmitglied und hatte Vorstandsfunktionen bei großen internationalen Unternehmen in Australien und Japan inne.

Gareth trat im Februar 2020 Nanosonics bei, um die existierenden Geschäfte in den Gebieten Europa, Mittlerer Osten und Afrika zu unterstützen. Gareth bringt umfangreiche Expertise und Erfahrung im Bereich der Dekontamination von wiederverwendbaren invasiven Medizinprodukten mit. Gareth begann seine Karriere bei Wassenburg Medical Irland, Experten für die Aufbereitung von Endoskopen und Infektionsprävention, bevor er zu Cantel Medical Kanada ging. Während er dessen nordamerikanische Expansion unterstützte, war er auch verantwortlich für Endoskopie- und Sterilitätsprodukte, die zur prozess-bezogenen und Infektionsprävention in der zentralen Sterilgutversorgung bestimmt sind.

Frau Klatt trat im Oktober 2021 dem Nanosonics-Team bei. Sie verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre nationale und internationale Handelserfahrung im Gesundheitsmarkt, nachdem sie lokale, regionale und globale Positionen in der Medizinprodukteindustrie innehatte. Bevor sie zu Nanosonics kam, arbeitete sie in verschiedenen Führungs- und Vorstandspositionen im Vertrieb und Marketing für Unternehmen wie Medtronic, Hill-Rom, Baxter und Spacelabs. Darüber hinaus entwickelt Frau Klatt seit vielen Jahren angehende Führungskräfte im Rahmen von Training und Coaching. Für ihr Zweitstudium in Marketing wurde sie mit dem „Deutschen Studienpreis 2010“ ausgezeichnet.
